Most of the known photographs of Blessed Miguel show him with a solemn expression. His own writings and the testimony of others, however, show he had a joyful nature.

This realistic new portrait of Pro, executed in colored pencil by the Houston artist Kathy Crosse, was commissioned by Lawrence LeLeux for ProVision, so people could get a glimpse of our Blessed smiling.

This statue is a replica of the original sculpture done by the well-known Catholic artist Enrique de la Vega who was also the sculptor of the unique reliquary statue you can see on the website dedicated to Blessed Miguel. 

It is produced by Sculpture Concepts, and is their first ever religious image. The statue is 10" tall, and his arms stretch out to a width of 8 1/2". The crucifix and rosary he was holding are clearly shown. The figurine is modeled from the photograph taken at his execution. His final words, "¡Viva Cristo Rey!" are imprinted on the base. The statue is made of a durable resin which resists chips and breakage.

The handmaids in Mary's Rosary Ministry conduct a prison ministry and make special order chaplets and rosaries to support their ministry. 

They do beautiful work at reasonable prices. They make the Pro chaplets using a crucifix instead of a medal of Pro. They can make the chaplet with glass beads or with plastic ones. One they made for Ann was even made as a bracelet.

A card with a second class relic of the casket which guarded Blessed Miguel's remains until the time of his beatification is available. These are free. It is against canon law and a grave offense to sell relics. If you order one of the beautiful reliquaries made by the artist Enrique de la Vega and shown elsewhere on this page, you are paying for the reliquary, not the relic, which is freely given. If you want one of the relics and cannot afford to purchase one of the reliquaries, send a stamped, self addressed envelope to Ann Ball with your request. Please remember that these are devotional objects and not just "collectibles."

A beautiful 4" tall reliquary containing a relic of Blessed Pro's casket is available.
